Not to be confused with, and not inspired by, the movie of the same name, that I only watched because I was on a big Spalding Gray kick back then. I can’t even remember if I liked it, overall, though parts of it were needlessly depressing.

Yesterday, we watched the whole extended version of Lord of the Rings. It’s around eleven and a half hours long, and quite the journey and endurance exercise, as well as a great way to end my vacation (from my day-job, that is). Yeah, I have a day job.
